1. Strawberries & Champagne

A true celebration in every bite. This flavour brings together the sweetness of ripe summer strawberries and the sophistication of champagne, layered between soft vanilla sponge. The sponge is gently brushed with champagne syrup for a subtle fizz of flavour, then filled with a silky handmade strawberry compote and whipped champagne buttercream. The result is light, fresh, and gently indulgent — perfect for a romantic summer wedding or a couple who want a flavour that feels timelessly elegant.

2. Dark Chocolate & Seville Orange

Rich, dramatic, and undeniably luxurious. This pairing is a beautiful balance of bitter and sweet — a deep, dark chocolate sponge layered with smooth chocolate ganache and a hint of bright Seville orange marmalade. The citrus cuts through the richness perfectly, creating a cake that’s indulgent but not heavy. It’s a wonderful choice for winter or evening weddings, and for couples who love a dessert that feels both grown-up and memorable.

3. Almond & Black Cherry

This flavour is inspired by the classic Bakewell tart, reimagined for a wedding cake.
